Military Child Custody, Child Support & Visitation:
The Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) requires military members to pay “adequate support” to their dependents (spouse and children) and therefore adverse action can be taken against a member for failing to pay child support during a military divorce proceeding. Michael E. Lyons handles cases in Maryland and Washington D.C. from our Joint Base Andrews location.
